Reunion House Instructions
If you have confirmed with us that you are staying at Reunion House, these instructions are for you. For everyone else, Reunion House is full. Sorry!
Reunion House is all the way at the top of the park housing area. (See map). There are several parking spots for Reunion House guests (See diagram below). Do not park right in front of the front door to the house. That is a fire lane. Washington State is under a severe fire risk right now, so we keep the fire lanes open, no matter what. But you can unload your stuff in front of the front door and then move your car after you’ve unloaded.
You can check in to Reunion House anytime after 5pm on Friday, Sept. 4th.

The front door should have a small lock box beside it. The code to open that box is 2243. If that doesn’t work, call Heather. Use the key that is inside the lockbox to open the front door, and then put the key back in the lockbox before you do anything else!!
On a table in the front room, you’ll find room keys, parking passes, and COVID tests. Only a couple of the rooms have been assigned. Those will be obvious. If those rooms aren’t assigned to you, grab any other key and go find your room. Some are upstairs. Some are downstairs. Take as many COVID tests as you’ll need for each person in your party to test once.
The Reunion House is $150/night per room (not per person). On the table with the keys and parking passes will be instructions for how to pay for your room. Venmo, Zelle, cash, check.
If you arrive right before the ceremony, you might have to wait until after the ceremony to check in. Heather is unlikely to answer her phone during the ceremony, should you have issues getting into the building.
Check out is Sunday, September 6th, no later than 11am. If you want to stash luggage after you check out, we will be at Bldg 246 from 11-11:15am and will lock the doors until 1:30pm, so your stuff will be safe.
